2-Sided Printing: Available for a 20% additional charge on cost of order. Same color on both sides. Unless specified, orders are printed one side only.

NOTE: You make pick either 3 lines of text OR two lines of text and one stock image for no additional fee.

Production Time: Once an order is placed and the proof has been approved, it will take 5-7 days for your order to ship. All orders are shipped UPS Ground from Dallas, Texas. You may choose an alternate shipping method to expedite your shipping time (Next Day Air or Two Day Air). Orders placed after 1:00 EST will be processed the following business day.

Custom Artwork: An additional $50 screen charge per order for customer supplied artwork. All artwork must be at least 300dpi and may be sent to orders@cpddesigns.com.

Proofs: Proofs are available upon request for $6.00 and will be emailed to you. Production time begins when the proof is approved. Proofs received after 1:00 EST will be begin processing the next business day.

Rush Orders: A rush charge may be added to any order requesting shipment before the normal shipping time of  5 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
