ORDERING INFO
What if I am not pleased with my order?
CPD Designs guarantees every product it sells, 100%. If you are not pleased with an item that is not personalized, we will gladly provide a replacement, offer a refund or exchange.
What if there is an error on my personalized order?
Unfortunately, sometimes an order needs to be reprinted.
- If an order is printed incorrectly by CPD Designs, we will reprint and ship it at our expense.
- If an order needs to be reprinted due to an error out of our control (change of event date, name misspelling, failure to catch mistake on proof, etc.), we will reprint the order at a 25% discount and ship at our normal rates.
When ordering invitations, how many extra invitations should I order?
From years of experience... For weddings, we recommend 20 to 30 extra invitations. For everyday invitations or announcements, we recommend 10 to 20 extra invitations or announcements.
What if I need more invitations?
When more invitations are needed, it is just like starting over. Although your information is in our database, new press film must be developed as well as new press set-ups. We treat these instances with care and will work with you at a reduced cost.

What if I do not want to order online? May I order by phone?
You are welcome to phone 614.238.3588. Our lines are open Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Eastern Time).
What if I want to cancel a printed order after I have received a proof, but before it is printed?
If printing has not begun, an order may be cancelled and all money refunded except for a $ 10 processing fee.
When is my Credit Card charged and what forms of payment do you accept?
Your credit card will be billed at the time of checkout when placing your order. We ship orders typically within 1 - 3 business days. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Personal or Business Checks may not be used.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
The law requires that CPD Designs collect 6.75% State Sales Tax on all orders which are being shipped within the State of Ohio.. All other states are exempt.

How quickly can I receive an order?
The availability of each product is listed on its respective page. In general, most items will be shipped within 8-10 working days. CPD Designs does not take responsibility for any delays in delivery due to the shipping company.
- We ship your order via reputable carriers including Federal Express, United Parcel Services, Airborne Express, Airborne and USPS. Standard delivery generally requires 3-5 working days for your order to reach its U.S. destination.
- Since we ship from many locations in the U.S. and since our products are going to many different destinations, it would be advisable to contact us to get a quote on the time in transit for a particular product.
- We charge for regular ground delivery based on the *total amount of your sale. The shipping fee will be automatically calculated when you check out.
- Charges for delivery to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be quoted by email or phone once order is placed.
- We charge $7.95 for each additional shipping address.
